The application is used to manage the "Krakow Card" Program implemented by the City of Krakow Office. With its help, you can register an account in the Program, submit an application, present to Partners the important status of the mobile Krakow Card, as well as buy and present for inspection mobile personalized resident periodic tickets (subject to consent to the processing of personal data by the Public Transport Authority). The status allows for discounts at many Program Partners and discounts on one-, two-, and three-month, as well as semester-long personalized municipal transport tickets in Krakow.

Note: The KK mobile application displays only tickets purchased in the mobile version of the Krakow Card (mKK). Tickets purchased and saved on a plastic card will not be visible in this application. To change the ticket medium from plastic to mobile, you should complete a request to change the medium of the Krakow Card on the kk.krakow.pl website.
